Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with gridtry. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for build credits purchased through our platform.
Eligibility
Unused build credits may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date. Build credits that have already been spent on generations, redesigns, or deployments are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team with your account email and the transaction reference from your receipt. We aim to review every request within two business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed immediately on our side. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly and directly.
