You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use gridtry. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Build credits are prepaid units that are consumed when you use gridtry features such as AI site generation, redesigns, and deployments. Build credits carry no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and do not accrue interest. Build credits do not expire.

All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Charges are billed by gridtry and appear on your statement with the GRIDTRY descriptor. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

You agree not to use gridtry for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent our security, or to resell build credits without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

gridtry is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, gridtry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
